The World Heart Day is initiated by the World Heart Federation in 2000. It is an event that is celebrated on the last Sunday of September every year. Over 100 countries around the globe join this celebration.

Mission:

  • To increase public awareness of the threat of heart disease & stroke
  • To promote the prevention of heart disease through the adoption of a healthy lifestyle.
